The sysinfo xml reports an LVM volume group, but no logical volumes in it. And the reason in the log is:

[2013-01-23 17:35:32,398 WARN storage.lvm ]: Failed to match lvs output line ' lv_root|vg|53687091200B|-wi-ao--|1'.
This output contains 8 symbols as vg attributes, while converter's sysinfo parses the older format with 6 symbols.
