If you mean can you have more than one Virtual Machine on the same Mac HD, then yes, you can have as many as you have the patience to set up and room to fit them all. As it happens, I've got DOS, Win 95, ME, XP, Win 7 and Win 8 Virtual Machines on the same HD. Just don't try running them all at once
. And since you mention partitions, I assume you really mean Virtual Machines, not BootCamp partitions.
