You have not said whether or not you followed the steps in the KB (particularly the one with the /clean switch) - if so which ones. Did thei all stop at the same place with the same error ? Unforunately it is known that these steps may not work and there are many,many posts here and elsewhere on the web about this problem. If 1308 steps do not work then you will have to do an extensive search on Google and evaluate the possibilities. I'm afraid I can't give you specific advice myself on this - I have never run inito the MSI problem myself (just lucky I guess
) and anyway mostly use the Linuxversion of the product.
