random crashes with eclipse based product on VMware station 6.5.5

Hello All:

I am new to VMWare, We have VMware 6.5.5 workstation the OS is SUSE Linux Enterprise Edition 11.0 - 64 bit

We are using eclipse based product, The GTK version is gtk2-2.14.4-16.1 on linux is.

The eclipse version is 3.6.2.

There are random crashes on the SWT libraries .,libgtk-x11-2.0.so.0
libgobject-2.0.so.0,

Firefox 3.5.8, 3.6.34
and XULRunnrt 190,191,192

any idea what is causing the random crash ?

How to isolate if this is VMWare issue or linux issue or the incompatibilites?

Any tips will be very much appreciated.

This does not look like the issue with the eclipsed based product.

Only happens when product installed on linux with VMWare workstation
