As far as I know I'm not using multip-homed hosts but I tried doing this anyway to no avail. I still only see the locator showing up in the Pulse tool. If it helps at all I am running my locator standalone and my node wrapped in a web service in Tomcat. This is identical to how we have several gemfire clusters running successfully in our production systems. As I mentioned before too, my node seems to be connecting fine to my locator based on the locator log. I can't think of anything else that would make this a non-standard cluster.
