So you get a response when you ping from another machine other than the host to the host? In Windows 7 you have to allow for ICMP in the actual firewall in Advanced settings. Did you do that as you say you disabled, however you have to enable echo's to get back a response?
Seems hosts are fine from looks of ipv4 info.
