Email Alerts from vCOps

Hi All,

We currently have Alerts setup when a Metric hits a certain threshold every ten minutes, if the threshold is hit.

I don't want to have the same alert sent, every 10 minutes if the threshold hasn't changed. If it's still RED the next 10 minutes, I don't want to see an alert.

So, is it possible to only get the Alert if the threshold changes from RED to GREEN, or RED to YELLOW, but not RED then RED the next 10 minutes?
