7, go to vCenter, esxi A n choose a vm machine that i want to move, right click "migrate"

 

8. click "change host"

 

9. select destination resource "esxi B"

 

10. Done

Make sure you have:

vSphere 5.1

And you use the Web Client. The change host+datastore functionality is only available in the Web Client.
