Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, your mail system is kicking back the ~6.5MB file as too large.
The clarify, the VM template creates successfully, and lets me add it to the resource bundle and enable it for the test org. The problem is after deployment - it doesn't get past creating with a SQL 2008 R2 install, and fails with the listed error with SQL 2012.
