Does anyone has the same issue? Always has some issue with VMWare's bridged network before, but this time is the worst.
I'm currently evalute Workstation 9, and found Bridged networking totally not work in my enviroment.
I tried many different settings, but all doesn't work. The last setting I tried is:
In Virtual Network Editor, add a new network, VMnet9, set it to Bridged. There is only one NIC on my PC, I disable all otheres.
On VM's network adapter setting, I choose Custom->VMnet9 (Bridged).
The host system is Windows 8 pro. Guest system is fedora 18.
My PC is connect to a router which has gateway 192.168.10.1.
The result is my guest system can get an IP, and be able to ping gateway and other hosts in the LAN. But not able to reach internet.
