Hello there,
So, my company is currently in the process of setting up a View farm for users, and it's all going very well - apart from one significant problem with the iPad
Our Desktop is a Win7 x64 device configured to use English (United Kingdom). When testing on a Windows desktop, or an Android device it works fine (not tested on a Mac or Linux just yet - will update this post later). However, when using the iPad (and iPad 2) the @ and " symbols are switched. This is typically caused by the keyboard being set to English (United States) rather than English (United Kingdom) - or vice versa.
Both iPads are set as English (UK) by default. However, when adding English (US) to both tablets and setting that as the default input language, it makes no difference whatsoever, and the @ and " remain the same.
When we add English (US) to the Desktop, the @ and " are the correct way round - regardless of the Default input on the tablet.
This suggests to me that the view application is at fault?
Also, tested using both the touchscreen keyboard, offical apple bluetooth keyboard and a Logitech diNovo Edge keyboard with the same results.
