Boot ESXi in USB

Hi All,

My ESXi server setup to boot in RAID 0 and now RAID failed ( Drives need to replace). I got VM's are in RAID 5. So what is the quickest way to run this VM's?

Can ESXi run from USB? then i can send the drive for replacement. or any other solution..
