VMWare Tools not running

Hi Team,

     I have cloned(Copied the whole folder of that VM through scp copy) a VM from Vcenter 4.1 to Vcenter 5.0  .But after powering on that machine(in Vcenter 5.0) it is showing VMware tools are running out of date. Can some one please explain me how can i install VMware tools for that VM.
