Sorry, but I cannot feel sorry for you. When you go and buy a product, especially one that requires license registration from a "discount" reseller like Fox Cheap Software, what did you expect? You took a shortcut to try and circumvent the true cost of the product and you lost.
VMware is not a discount company and as I recall does not discount its software.
Trying to sneak in the back door didn't work. Next time, pay the full price of admission, and go through the front door.
