Yes, I was following this article and I tried to rescan and hoping that the log could help identify the error. The adapters are still here as you can see is the print screen. On the step 4 it says to call your vendor, but maybe its something simple to solve.
On step 1 none of the hosts can "see" the storages. On step 2 the rescan create the log showed before and doesn't fix the problem. On step 3 and 4 it says to contact your vendor for assistance. I tried to check it by myself, but can't find the LUN. I don't think step 5 is the problem cause nothing has been changed. Step 8 looks everything ok. Steps 6 and 7 I should contact my vendor too.
