I probably did not explain it better. These are the reoprts which are run based on the script on a remote server and the results are mailed to us for various aspects of our environment. I believe it's a web page indeed because yesterday I was able to see all html tags with divs , headers and all when I clicked on view page source.
The remote server seems to be down today as it's giving 404 error.
So If i understand correctly we have to use regex in order to filter these hostnames. The only issue that comes here is that there will be atlease 20 action items doing doing all different things. I was trying to automate it in such a way that it reads from $url directly instead of passing the hostnames in .txt files. 
and od the necesary (reconfigure for HA, check configurations etc..)
