ovftool 3.0.1 on Mac "Failed to open file" error

Hi,

I am unable to convert the VM to OVF format.

MyMac $ ovftool Windows\ 7.vmx
Error: Locale initialization failed.
Completed with errors

I followed the steps in other thread to fix locale issue, then I got the following error

MyMac $ ovftool Windows\ 7.vmx
Error: Failed to open file: Windows 7.vmx
MyMac $ ovftool "Windows 7.vmx"
Error: Failed to open file: Windows 7.vmx
