Thanks for reply Aravind, Actually there are 4 host and am able to ping the management ip of the host but not host ip . The Vcenter is hosted in one of the host which i cannot connect through vsphere client nor the other host.
The host is running with ESXi 5.0 version.
I restarted the management network management agent tried accessing through ssh still n use 
Is there any issue with the Vlan id in ucs manager if so how can i go about it as there is only one vlanid in the service profile for all the 4 host.
