I am dealing with the same issue right now. 2 ports on EMC SAN are dedicated to Mirror View and not usable by ESXi hosts. Run dynamic discovery, delete unneeded static targets, and they come right back! Moreover, I can't remove the dynamic discovery address after performing static discovery, or it automatically deletes the static targets! Didn't used to do that.
