Since I wasn't sure what it was doing, I cancelled them and didn't install them.
The P2V process injects the drivers for the Mass Storage Controller and the Keyboard and Mouse along with the required Windows Registry entries otherwise Windows would not be able to enumerate the newly discovered virtual hardware and install the drivers or allow the user to properly interact... So if an OS wants to install driver for the hardware it's detecting then you don't need to know what your doing so to speak other then to let the OS do what it needs to... so you shouldn't have canceled it!
