Make sure your rack(or other servers) are compatible. No I meant Esxi 5.1 (latest). I know that is what I said in my post that IBM support on their DS3500 the ESXi 5.1 but Vmware does not support 5.1 on DS3500. We are lucky customers Image may be NSFW.
