This looks kind of unusual, there are a lot of snapshots (00000x files) but no base virtual disk files in the VM's folder!?

Please compress/zip the vmware*.log files, the .vmx file, the .vmsd file as well as all the small .vmdk files (the ones with only a few hundred bytes in size) and attach them to your next reply post. In addition to this please run dir *.* /oen>filelist.txt from the command line (in the VM's folder) and attach the filelist.txt too. This might help to understand the setup.

With the missing virtual disk files, I'm afraid they are gone for good. The virtual disk consists of 37 .vmdk files and all of them are missing. However what I don't quite understand is why the other files still exist. It looks like you had issues before with the VM and the files may be orphaned!?
