Are you talking about the VDI desktop side or the End Users client side.
there is a VMware View Client for Linux, this will enable Linux machines to connect to a broker and load a Windows VDI image.
however there is currently not a VMware View Agent for Linux that will enable a Linux remote desktop to be brokered via the View infrastructure to a end users client device.
there are rumours of people getting the Windows agent to work in Linux with the use of Wine and Rdesktop, but nobody seems to have posted a full blow by blow accoun of how this is done, and further to that this would be completely unsupported from VMware's perspective.
