I had this exact same issue. For some reason. The Security Server in the DMZ will send PCOIP TCP (4172) and PCOIP UDP (4172) and PCoIP MGMT (32111) TCP to internal VDI Subnets. If this initial packet doesn't make it to the machine in question, then the PCOIP is black screen.
