Many thanks for all your support & regular help for this case, finally I was able to clone the disk to the other datastore. I turned on the machine and it was powered on. This was a test machine with only windows 2008 OS installed. There was no other application.
One thing I noticed and writing here in the source datastore the size of vmdk file for this machine is 7332864KB, and after copying to destination datastore, it is showing me size for the vmdk as 7419904 KB. I just copied it and powered it on. In settings of VM it shows HDD as THIN.
Any ideas for this change in size of vmdk?
