Plugin registration fails, no idea why

So I downloaded the OVF/Plugin tool and deployed it as I could really use this tool, but no luck...

I configure the IP and hostname (DNS Record Exist for Static IP)

Verified network communications with ping

Launch the Web interface (https:\10.5.200.11)

Login to App

Try to register Plugin with Domain user account (User is Admin of VC)

Return the error below and nothing more, where can I find the error logs?

Failed to register plugin.

https://10.5.200.11/register?d=d&success=false&last_action=register&error_message=

Using bad cedential returns this error

Verified the user can login to Web UI on VC with same credential and and browsr instance.

What am I missing here?
