Hi,

 

Is issue resolved, if not from logs I think inventory file which is being uploaded is timing out.

 

Can you try this steps

 

To enable Full Force Export on the Collector:
  1. Verify that the data is present on the Collector:

    • Click Reports > Collector > Inventory Status.

  2. Force the Inventory to be exported to the Dashboard:

    1. Click Admin > Options > Modules.
    2. Click Inventory.
    3. Click the Export tab.
    4. Select Force Full Export.
