Is issue resolved, if not from logs I think inventory file which is being uploaded is timing out.
Can you try this steps
To enable Full Force Export on the Collector:
- Verify that the data is present on the Collector:
- Click Reports > Collector > Inventory Status.
- Click Reports > Collector > Inventory Status.
- Force the Inventory to be exported to the Dashboard:
- Click Admin > Options > Modules.
- Click Inventory.
- Click the Export tab.
- Select Force Full Export.
