In another post rulmer made he states "I have to run VMWare Workstation 9 on my Dell Vostro 1310 laptop which has Intel® Core™2 Duo Processor T5670" and the Intel® Core™2 Duo Processor T5670 does not support VT-x, therefore flashing the BIOS is not going to change that one bit!
