so far it is good. but how many pnics you have. one thing you can do for good performance is.
as of now you have only using one module of the physical switch for the storage, that is the all the storage traffic will be handled by this single module in the switch. Inside the switch for example, if it is a 24 port the switch ports are divided in to 2 modules 12 ports each, so to distribute the entire traffic in side the backplane of the switch use both the modules for the storage traffic.
It is not recommended to share the switch which is used for the iscsi, with vm traffic. And use the jumbo frames with MTU 9000.
