vCenter Infrastructure Navigator installation issue

Hi,

I have installed vCenter operation manager. Now I am installing Infrastructure Navigator 2.0 vApps in VMware environment. I stopped at the steps attached with this post.

Now when I open the URL as per screenshot:https://vcenter_IP_Address/vsm/extensionService it will give me error The vService Manager (VSM) failed to complete the command. Anything else I need to install before instalaltion of Infrastructure Navigator.
