I opend vSphere client and when I right click on the Guest Operating System and choose Open Console, it takes about 40 seconds for it to open up.
Now if I just click on the guest and choose the tab for Console it also takes 40 seconds. It does that for all of the guest. The other guest were created from a template so I created a new guest from an ISO and it has the same issue when opening the console. So I am leaning towards this being a configuration on the ESX server or perhaps something with the vCenter server. Any ideas are appreciated.
