I have this exact error. It happened after moving the DB and needing to reinstall SSO, vCenter, Web client. If I now uninstall and reinstall VSA Manager, will it hose up my cluster? Does uninstalling VSA Manager screw up the cluster that's currently functioning? VSA-0 and VSA-1 are running fine I just cannot enable the plugin.
