Автор, так в чем проблема? Ну отдайте вы свои 11 ТБ несколькими лунами. Будет у вас на хосте 2+2+2+2+2+1 датастора Я не помню, 4.1 умеет из кучи датастор одну лепить? 5-ка умеет.
